1- According to the HEC Notification No. 8–16/HEC/SAD/2021/990 dated 03-02-2021, the degree of "Ash-Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah fi al-Ulum al-Arabiyyah al-Islamiyyah" issued by Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan will be equivalent to M.A. in Arabic and Islamic Studies.

2- The degree/certificate issued by Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan will be acceptable for employment in civil and military, government and semi-government institutions as well as for all teaching and administrative jobs.

3- A scholar getting a degree/certificate from Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan will be eligible for appointment as religious scholar, Shariah adviser, Imam, Khateeb in any institution.
